E. IMPLEMENTATION AND VISUAL CONFIGURATION OF SALES TRANSACTION SOLUTIONS
The aim of the project is to introduce information technology to manage business transactions electronically in order to increase revenue growth.
An electronic ordering platform for book production was developed, where users (mostly B2B companies) will be able to upload files, see visualised products, correct defects and check the quality themselves, see the price of the service, link data for delivery, and automatically receive an invoice. The company's employees will be able to fully manage both the e-commerce platform and the customers and their orders. The system will enable the applicant to carry out sales analytics, marketing activities and motivational campaigns. The website will be adapted for browsing on the most popular smartphones and tablets. The design will be responsive to the screen size of the device. A smooth and productive workflow is expected once the customer self-service solution is in place. Convenient for both the customer and the administrative staff. More customers and more effective sales are expected.
Developing staff skills
The aim of the project is to improve the skills of employees.
In product development, challenges related to outdated or inefficient product designs, flaws in the production process and errors are addressed. By developing concepts and innovative solutions, creative skills help to overcome problems caused by a lack of new ideas and inappropriate problem solving. A creative approach allows employees to overcome monotony and find new, efficient ways to complete tasks.
Skills in materials processing and CNC machine tools help to solve problems related to inefficient use of materials, production errors and product quality defects. Skills in social innovation contribute to solving social problems and improving community well-being.
Skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning increase operational efficiency and ensure informed decision-making. Understanding process design principles contributes to optimising performance, reducing lead times and improving organisational processes.
Skills in cyber threat and crime management help protect against cyber attacks and data breaches. Social network security skills address issues related to personal data theft and online fraud.
The project not only improves the skills of employees, but also ensures that they are adapted to modern technology and innovation needs, which allows them to succeed in the new environment.
